I am so excited for you to discover the new denim dress that’s been in the works for awhile now. The goal was to create a flattering silhouette, that was comfortable to wear, versatile, with loads of detail and pockets. And with it’s front zip, you just throw on and go. Something you can wear now until forever! I searched for the perfect fabric and was over the moon to find this gorgeous, eco-friendly fabric called Tencel Denim. 

WHAT IS TENCEL?

The first thing you should know is that Tencel is a brand name, such as Coca-Cola for example. When we are talking about Tencel, we are really talking about Tencel™ branded lyocell fibres created by Austrian textile company Lenzing AG. So what is lyocell then you might ask?

TENCEL™ branded lyocell fibers are produced by environmentally responsible processes from the sustainably sourced natural raw material wood.

This fabric is known for being exquisitely soft and pleasant to the skin. Exhibiting high flexibility, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers enhance textiles with a naturally soft quality. Tencel offers a range of features: botanic origin, sustainable production, gentle on skin, long-lasting softness, contributes to breathability, color retention and biodegradability. 

It’s a luxurious fabric and best of all eco-friendly. 

That’s what makes our new Denim dress so incredibly comfortable! The fabric content is 49% Tencel, 48% cotton and 3%spandex. This incredible mix makes this dress soft to the touch, it stretches and moves with you while retaining its’ shape. You will get so much wear out of this dress! Just in time for the holiday season.
